This beautiful building used to be, I think, Sunblest bread factory. It is now empty and beginning to fall into disrepair. I wish I could have got closer to it but it is surrounded by horrible spikey railings and my climbing days are over. I don’t think it can be demolished but if it is not saved they may as well do so. On a brownfield site – could be converted but guess that would be too much money – cheaper to raise to the ground and rebuild. Excuse me for sounding off but grrrrrrrrrr
Carry on – you see a lot of this: either the desire, will or finance is lacking to preserve parts of our history.
I agree – I have posted another view and shown the spikes that I could not leap over (they were quite tall as well!). Thanks Chris.
