It’s an old textile factory, I think, in Bradford and, unlike down here in the South, you could wander around outside at will. The Asian lady in the distance gives it some perspective. Beautiful old building but with lots of hard stories to tell I suspect. Bradford is worth visiting – I am a real fan of the city.
Never been, but I love old, abandoned, derelict, decayed…so perhaps I need to visit! 🙂
There is a lot of regeneration going on there which is good but still a lot of impoverished areas. It has a very interesting history and the buildings are stunning even as they decay. The National Media Museum is a must for anyone interested in the history of photography, film and tv. Excellent exhibitions. I feel like the Tourist Board!
