I saw this little bird today when out walking a friend’s dog. I did not have my camera with me so had to dash home to get it in case someone moved it. I did move it into the bushes but could hear young birds in the trees calling – guess this one came from there.

So sad. Birds grieve. I’ve seen it many times. Fortunately, they eventually move forward.
It is very sad – such a little thing it was too.
