When I first took this photo all I could see was rotting wood but now I see a blindfolded figure, long gone from this world, life taken by cruelty and ignorance.
This image made me think of children, half grown, springing from the distended wombs of women the world over – ready clothed but still needing feeding, nurturing, loving.
Spotted these three near Castle Mound in Bedford. Somehow or other I had the ISO up too high so the fuzziness is not intended but, ah, what the heck. I have decided to be a Dadaist…….it’ll teach me to be more careful with the settings.
